Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and technical leader to take charge of our client Cybersecurity Operations (Cybersecurity Operations Lead/Manager). Your main objective will be to ensure the excellence of our SOC, security engineering, and incident response, guaranteeing that service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are consistently met through automation and continuous improvement.

This is not just a high-level management role, we are looking for someone with true hands-on execution capabilities who will act as the ultimate focal point (Tier 3) for complex major incidents, expertly managing both internal teams and external partners (MSSP/MDR).

Must-Have:

• Solid Experience: 7+ years in Cybersecurity Operations, with a strong background in SOC, security engineering, and vulnerability/exposure management.
• Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing internal technical teams and driving the performance of external vendors and partners (MSSP/MDR governance).
• Hands-on & Tier 3 Expertise: Proven ability to execute advanced cybersecurity operations and act as the primary Tier 3 focal point for major incident resolution.
• Service Management: Experience in designing service frameworks, defining service catalogs, and measuring operational KPIs and SLAs.
• Languages: Mandatory fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Location: Available to work in a Hybrid model based in Porto.

Would be great if you have:

• Strong mastery of the Identity Security ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, MDI, Conditional Access policies, and PIM/PAM).
• Experience with incident response automation and orchestration (SOAR playbooks, auto-containment, MIM runbooks).
• Knowledge of Cloud Security (Defender for Cloud, CSPM/CWPP) and/or OT/ICS network monitoring.
• Advanced practices in Exposure Management, going beyond traditional scanning (e.g., Attack Surface Management, BOM/SBOM, threat-informed prioritization like EPSS/KEV).
• Hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of Detection Engineering and regular Threat Hunting cadences.
• Familiarity with integrating Data Security Ops (DLP, Insider Risk) and Business Continuity plans (DR/BCP, including tabletop exercises).

The Role

• Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring accountability for outcomes and results.
• Understand business objectives and develop models that help achieve them, along with metrics to track progress.
• Design and implement complex ML systems using classical machine learning, deep learning and foundation models, adhering to best practices.
• Lead client communications by gathering requirements, managing expectations and communicating deliverables effectively.
• Wrangle, explore and visualize data with a keen eye for issues requiring data cleaning, as well as differences in data distribution that may affect post-deployment performance.
• Analyze model errors and design strategies to overcome them.
• Deploy, maintain and upgrade ML models and pipelines.
• Follow Loka’s career track for growth by demonstrating technical excellence, innovation, autonomy, ownership, communication and teamwork.
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to high-level planning and strategy. 
• Direct report to ML leads.
• Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge techniques and tools into projects.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers within the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (Data Engineering, DevOps, Backend) to ensure seamless integration of ML solutions.
• Continuously optimize models for performance, scalability and cost-effectiveness, especially within the AWS environment.

Required Hard Skills 

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
• Experience with Python, ML libraries and AI/ML frameworks (sklearn, PyTorch, HuggingFace, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain/LangGraph, Llamlndex, smolagents, strands-agents etc.) 
• Experience building GenAI solutions through prompt engineering, fine-tuning and developing agents with common patterns like Agentic RAG, NLQ etc.

We are looking a Machine Learning Engineer to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. The client in question is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry (Oporto - Hybrid).

You will integrate a Data & Digital Hub which integrates other activities linked to Data Management, Data Protection and Digital Innovation. It makes this department a real end to end center of expertise on data, innovation and technology.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with clients to best understand their operational and strategic needs in terms of complex AI/ML challenges;
• Investigate and solve business issues using technical, data-driven, AI/ML strategies;

We are looking for an Information Security & Risk Consultant to join one of our biggest clients – an International Group - in Lisbon area.

What you will do:
You’ll have the chance to work with a talented and international team and be involved in IT Risk and Operational Control topics. The mission of the Information Security & Risk Consultant is to ensure, for the IT Risk Central activity, the audit management (control, oversight, reporting and follow-up) including the measure and the closure of all recommendations issued by the Risk & Control functions from the Group.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Process Analyst to join our team and take a role in optimizing business processes and driving value through automation and process mining. In this position, you will be at the forefront of improving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of a range of customer-focused process solutions. Must-Have:

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in process analysis and redesign, particularly in multi-functional business environments

The design and communication of high-level structures to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs. Database design

• Develops and maintains specialist knowledge of database and data warehouse concepts, design principles, architectures, software, and facilities.

• Implements physical database designs to support transactional data requirements for performance and availability. 
• Implements data warehouse designs that support demands for business intelligence and data analytics.

Systems integration and build

• Defines the software modules needed for an integration build and produces a build definition for each generation of the software. 
• Accepts completed software modules, ensuring that they meet defined criteria. 
• Produces software builds from software source code for loading onto target hardware. 
• Configures the hardware and software environment as required by the system being integrated. 
• Produces integration test specifications, conducts tests and records and reports on outcomes. 
• Diagnoses faults and records and reports on the results of tests. Produces system integration reports.
