Must-Have:

• 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Integration projects
• Proven track record in successfully implementing and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & - Goals, Succession and Development, People Analytics)
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other iPaaS.
• Knowledge on understanding business requirements and technical components
• Fluent or good knowledge of English
• Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• SAP Certification

We are looking for for an experienced Proxy Product Owner to accelerate our build phase on our Cybersecurity datalake called Security Analytics. This person does not need to be a cybersecurity expert.

Goals and Deliverables:

• Ensure a user‑centric approach in all product decisions
• Build and maintain the product roadmap
• Define clear and comprehensive functional specifications
• Plan, pilot, and prioritize developments using Agile methodology
• Test and validate delivered features and enhancements
• Provide training, support, and communication to users

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support PO in team management
• Backlog enrichment: add information in Jira tickets about data integration specifications, required data sources for KPI construction, transformation rules, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct UAT testing alongside cybersecurity stakeholders in Snowflake and PBI
• Analyze data sources required to build KPIs
• Perform technical analysis and optimize KPI calculation logic
• Design data models in Snowflake and PBI
• Monitor and review orchestration and source scheduling
• Build and refine PBI data models
• Contribute to functional documentation
• Manage and operate the BUILD backlog

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data and business intelligence projects
• Knowledge of the following stacks: Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum) with JIRA
• Good general IT knowledge (protocols, API, network, …)
• Soft Skills: excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management; decisive and outcome-focused
