Your role

What you are like:

• At least, 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer or similar;
• Knowledge of Machine Learning models;
• Knowledge of NLP and/or computer vision techniques;
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, …);
• Knowledge of at least one ML development stack (e.g. Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch…);
• Effective Programming skills (e.g. Python) and algorithmic knowledge;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;

What will be your mission?

What will make you successful in this position?

• Solid experience of, at least, 8 years working on Data & Analytics projects (ideally, using Microsoft environment like Azure and Fabric)
• Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Management, or any another field that has provided you with strong development capabilities and critical thinking skills in this environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Data value chain, with a particular focus on Data, Visualization, Business Intelligence, and/or Artificial Intelligence practices.
• We work in agile environments, so knowledge of those methodologies will be highly valued.
• We would love to find professionals with a background in delivering Data & Analytics projects. For the team, it is very important that our Managers understand the technical complexities and specific characteristics of these projects.

Must-Have:

• Solid knowledge of Blue Prism (development and/or maintenance of processes and objects)

Neste desafio, você será responsável por conduzir e acompanhar projetos relacionados à Plataforma Mercado Eletrônico, garantindo alinhamento entre clientes, consultorias parceiras, áreas internas e padrões de governança da companhia.

Suas principais responsabilidades serão:

• Compreender os requisitos gerais dos projetos vendidos, em alinhamento com as áreas de pré-vendas, consultoria e comercial;

• Planejar as atividades necessárias para atender às demandas do projeto, respeitando os processos de governança e as diretrizes do PMO;

• Atuar como ponto focal da empresa no acompanhamento de projetos executados por consultorias parceiras, assegurando aderência aos padrões de qualidade, metodologia e governança da companhia;

• Atuar em dois modelos de acompanhamento de projetos:
  * Modelo Diretivo: realizar a cogestão de projetos críticos, atuando como facilitador técnico-funcional da Plataforma ME e como mediador estratégico no relacionamento com o cliente, contribuindo para a viabilização do cronograma;
  * Modelo de Suporte: oferecer suporte metodológico, garantir a integridade do portfólio sob gestão da consultoria e monitorar prazos, entregáveis e evolução dos projetos;

• Realizar a gestão proativa de riscos e issues, antecipando possíveis desvios que possam impactar o sucesso da implantação no cliente;

• Garantir a aderência ao escopo contratado, gerenciando expectativas do cliente e das consultorias em relação a itens fora do escopo;

• Formalizar a aceitação de documentações, produtos e fases do projeto;

• Elaborar e apresentar relatórios de status do projeto para os públicos envolvidos.

Será bacana se você tiver

• Ensino superior completo em Ciências da Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas;
• Experiência sólida na implantação de plataformas SaaS/PaaS, preferencialmente com foco em integração de sistemas e substituição de sistemas legados;
• Conhecimento em processos de Compras/Procurement, considerado um diferencial;
• Experiência prévia com a Plataforma e-Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing, and e-Business Intelligence
• Inglês e/ou espanhol fluente, considerado diferencial;
  Conhecimento avançado em MS Project ou ferramentas similares de gestão de projetos;
• Conhecimento avançado em metodologias de gestão de projetos, como PMBoK, metodologias ágeis ou outras abordagens;
• Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e liderança;
